Booking

Good to know

• You can book a minimum of 2 nights, during national holidays and long weekends we will send you more information as the minimum booking period might be longer.
• We can host a maximum of 12 people, however due to the set up of the rooms and bathrooms it’s more comfortable for 10-11 people.
• We are a baby and dog friendly place, please let us know the extras we should prepare with when you book your stay.
• If you have requested a quote, the quote will not be considered as a booking.
• When using the calendar booking system, we will send you a confirmation email with payment information and the amount to be paid.
• You can book by paying the deposit, which is 50% of the total price.

Payment

• You can pay on the spot in cash, as well as by bank transfer.
• We can’t accept “SZÉP kártya” yet, but we’re working on it.
• 50% of the total price should be paid before your trip, you can pay the remaining 50% and the tourist tax (350 HUF per person per night) upon arrival.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your booking 2 weeks before the booked date free of charge, in which case the full amount of the booking will be refunded.

Check in and check out

• Check in: You can check in after 2 pm. We’ll agree on the handover of the key in advance as well as on the option of a sooner or later time of arrival.
• Check out: We ask you to leave Toboz by 10 am, we will also arrange the handover of the keys over the phone in advance.
